Insuring all unavoidable liability risks associated with business activities.
In business activities, liability risks, such as the legal responsibility to compensate other companies or individuals for damages caused by the company, are diverse. Organizing these risks, excluding those that have been contractually transferred to other companies, and arranging appropriate insurance coverage is essential for corporate risk management.

Due to soaring compensation amounts globally, particularly in the United States, rising insurance premiums driven by inflation, and stricter underwriting criteria, detailed risk information disclosure is required in insurance underwriting. Instead of simply handing over disclosure requests (questionnaires) from insurance companies to our customers, we ask that you provide us with existing risk-related materials and prepare answers to the questionnaires internally to the greatest extent possible. Furthermore, based on the materials you provide, we analyze the risks from our own unique perspective, set the optimal compensation amount commensurate with the risks, and arrange special clauses according to the compensation conditions, thereby optimizing the insurance.
Comprehensive liability insurance
In many cases, it is more rational to create a comprehensive liability insurance policy led by headquarters rather than taking out separate policies for each business location. When we build a comprehensive program, we review the contracts that define risk allocation (where responsibility lies) with other companies and thoroughly understand the insurance requirements and liability clauses within those contracts to avoid any unintentional residual risks.
Furthermore, when creating a comprehensive program for overseas locations, it is crucial to confirm the liability obligations based on the laws and regulations of each country and reflect them in the insurance coverage.
