Business Operation Policy
Business Operation Policy
We are an insurance broker (insurance broker) that mediates insurance contracts on behalf of our customers, upon their request. Based on the idea of providing the best advice with a view to a long-term relationship with our customers, we aim to become "a group of risk specialists that supports our customers' growth together," and we provide advice on the mediation of insurance contracts, analysis of various risks, and how to deal with those risks.
Under this way of thinking, we have formulated the following business operation policy and are publishing it as follows. This policy will be reviewed periodically in consideration of changes in social conditions and the business environment.
Providing Optimal Solutions for Customers
As a member of the Toyota Group, we will leverage our domestic insurance brokerage business, one of the largest in Japan, and our network of 20 overseas locations to maximize customer benefits through the provision of optimal proposals against risks that customers are facing now and may face in the future. Our executives and employees recognize that maintaining and strengthening our ability to make proposals that always meet customers' expectations is an important management issue, and we strive to improve our capabilities on a daily basis.
Proper Management of Conflicts of Interest
When proposing insurance products and other risk solutions, we will accurately understand customers' intentions and implement the best proposals to ensure that customers' interests are not unfairly harmed.
Compliance Adherence
We have appointed a Compliance Officer who provides in-house training centered on the Insurance Business Act for officers and employees, and conducts internal audits by the Corporate Room to ensure thorough compliance. If a customer requests disclosure of compensation related to the mediated insurance contract, we will disclose it to the customer as long as it does not violate compliance.
Customer-Perspective Service Provision
We have experienced specialized teams to make the best risk solution proposals while keeping in mind the business environment and field realities. In addition to Japan, we work with overseas subsidiaries and leverage our reinsurance procurement capabilities in the European and Southeast Asian insurance markets to provide global programs.
Motivational Framework for Company Employees
We have formulated a medium-term policy looking ahead to the next three years, and we communicate and guide our employees through messages from management and internal meetings. In addition, our employees set goals not only for achievement of sales targets each year but also for their work attitude, expertise, and skills, and are comprehensively evaluated according to evaluation criteria to improve their skills and motivation.
